Archive News and Notes:

When the big tsunami hit Japan in 2011 I was pleased to report that my good friends and fellow guitar players in Japan peacejoytown and toytoypiano and their families were safe, but many others were still suffering and will be for many months and years to come. I asked everyone to please consider making a donation to the Salvation Army Japan Relief Fund. The people of Japan really needed our support.

Back in 2008 I helped my late Mom publish her first book, a children's book called "The Adventures of Corky Rabbit" by Alice Rowen Easley, which is still available on R.I.P Mom, miss you so much!

You can watch Holiday music videos from the General Assembly Chorus 2008 Songs of the Season show.

We now have videos of the CA Chorus performing at the 2008 Heritage Choral Music Festival held in Myrtle Beach.

You can see music videos from the  Swannanoa Gathering Contemporary Folk week.

Mark Easley and Ralph Gordon performed in the Simon and Garfunkel Tribute Show in Charlotte recently. You can see video highlights of the event.

Both Mark Easley and Sketch have received favorable reviews of their CDs from Beatles Unlimited Magazine which is published in Europe. Click to see a scan of the review and magazine cover.

Mark Easley played two shows in Japan, the first with Sketch in Tokyo Roppongi on March 11th 2006 and a solo show in Yokohama on March 12th. Please see the Japan show highlights which includes streaming audio of the Sketch and Mark sets.
